I'm Brettlyn Toma, a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent with years of listing and sales experience.  My family has lived in Pittsburgh for the passed 20 years. I was born and raised just north of Pittsburgh in Kittanning, PA.  I attended Carlow University in the School of Nursing and ultimately finished with an Associate of Science working as an echocardiography technician at UPMC Presbyterian.  After having my children I decided to follow my heart and passion for architecture and design. My passion for real estate began in 2007 when I started my own home decorating/staging business.  I began my career staging for real estate agents and from there decided to attain my licensure and offer my own clients a skill set most realtors do not have.  I consider myself a full service listing consultant.  I know what it takes to get your home sold fast and have the track record to prove it. Always keeping up with the latest trends in the market and pricing perfectly for quick response from buyers is something I take very seriously.  I enjoy helping my buyers carefully choose homes and pay close attention to details and quality when scoping out properties.  Carefully choosing and customizing property searches specific to you is something I enjoy the most and enjoy spending time doing.  It is so important for you to know I take the opportunity to work with you or anyone you refer to me very seriously.
